Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Articulated Dump Truck (ADT) Operator to join our team on a home building project in Dunbar, East Lothian. As an ADT Operator, you will be responsible for operating an articulated dump truck to transport materials and waste around the construction site.
Responsibilities:
- Operate an articulated dump truck to transport materials and waste around the construction site
- Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dump truck and surrounding area
- Ensure all safety procedures are followed at all times
- Collaborate with other site staff to ensure smooth operation of the construction site
Requirements:
- Valid CPCS or NPORS
- Proven experience as an Articulated Dump Truck Operator on a construction site
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25kg)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to work a 7am - 6pm schedule.
