STAR Recruitment are working with an award winning Developer who have a site in Fife and they are looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor to join their team. The job title is Client Liaison Manager.
The role itself will involve:
- Ensuring that the general presentation of the site and that of the sales complex is maintained to a high standard.
- Ensuring that outstanding customer service is delivered throughout the customer journey
- Guide potential purchasers around show homes, stock plots and site to fully demonstrate our homes and specification
- Liaise with purchases, solicitors and financial advisers on a regular basis.
- Assist Clients with their choices of specification finishes and/or optional upgrades
- Working with the site construction team to ensure finishes of each home meet requirements
- Client Welcome Meetings and Home Handover
- Meet and exceed sales targets
As a potential candidate you will have:
- Experience of working within a face to face sales environment
- Experience of working as a Sales Advisor for a residential house builder is desirable
- Computer literate (knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and/or Hubspot)
- Excellent presentation skills
- Full UK Drivers License
- Willing to be flexible in respect to day to day duties and hours worked.
- Lone working, dependant on site.
- Able to work weekends and bank holidays
