Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple residential projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are achieved.
  • Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers across various developments.
  • Uphold and enforce rigorous health and safety standards across all projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and local authorities.
  • Provide strategic insight during pre-construction and planning stages.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record as a Contracts Manager within residential construction, ideally with experience in design-and-build and timber kit projects.
  • In-depth understanding of construction regulations and health and safety protocols.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Capacity to manage multiple sites and teams within a dynamic environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £45,731.00-£52,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
