Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple residential projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are achieved.
- Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers across various developments.
- Uphold and enforce rigorous health and safety standards across all projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and local authorities.
- Provide strategic insight during pre-construction and planning stages.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record as a Contracts Manager within residential construction, ideally with experience in design-and-build and timber kit projects.
- In-depth understanding of construction regulations and health and safety protocols.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
