STAR Recruitment are working with a well established Estate Agency who are looking to recruit an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor for a fantastic Development north of Dundee. 

With a passion for delivering exceptional customer and client experiences we are looking for someone to sell these beautiful houses on site from Spring 2024. 

Roles and Responsibilities will include:

  *   Being based on site for the duration of the employment
  *   Effectively sell properties from plan securing reservations and achieving monthly targets
  *   Management of purchasers regarding dependant property sales/conveyancing/missives target dates
  *   Manage all aspects of the sales journey including purchasers selections appointments, home demonstrations and handovers
  *   Arranging and conducting viewings/appointments with prospective buyers and manage clients across all price ranges both in completed homes and on site from the Sales Office
  *   Manage sales to exchange and completion of contracts through influencing, persuading and negotiating whilst giving best, professional advice to clients at all times
  *   Undertake handovers and together with the site management team, be involved in any customer care/snagging unless advised otherwise
  *   Lead generation from regular calls and emails
  *   Have a strong knowledge of the area and trends in the local property market
  *   Ensure show home is well presented and tend to any issues if required
  *   Ensure thorough preparation of the marketing suite by arriving early as required
  *   Close liaison with the Estate Agency, reporting problems on site without delay, following reporting procedure as and problem solving where required
  *   Ensure good liaison with client at all times, keeping them updated on sales on a regular basis
  *   Update of CRM system including maintaining records with 100% accuracy
  *   Reporting; produce reports to enable targeted prospecting and providing internal/client progress reports as required
  *   Maintain accurate sales brochures, price lists, specification lists and displays
  *   Follow and adhere to health and safety procedures at all times
  *   Seek to build the sales business by using and developing contacts and creating new opportunities in a proactive manner
