STAR Recruitment are working with a very well known and highly regarded Estate Agent who are looking for an experience New Homes Sales advisor to work on a part time basis on a site in the centre of Edinburgh.

Please note that this role is likely to be working 3 days a week, from 10am - 5.30 pm although some degree of flexibility may be required.

Role Responsibilities include:

· Drive sales by providing a high level of customer engagement, building a strong rapport with potential clients and existing ones.

· Develop a comprehensive understanding of products to match clients’ requirement

· Liaise with site managers, colleagues and clients to facilitate a successful working environment.

· Day to day Management of developments, generating viewings, following up on enquiries.

· Ensure compliance with all process and procedures. Handling internal databases to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

· Provide outstanding service to all clients, ensuring that their customer journey is positive and efficient.
