We’re delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Professional with a strong track record of driving results to join a leading, award-winning housebuilder. Our client is expanding rapidly across the East of Scotland (in and around Edinburgh) and is looking for a talented, ambitious individual to help deliver their exceptional new homes to buyers.

As part of a growing and dynamic team, you’ll play a key role in driving sales performance while delivering an outstanding customer experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a builder known for their quality, innovation, and service — and to be rewarded with a competitive basic salary and commission.


Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the entire sales process, including:
    • Lead generation
    • Client appointments
    • Reservations
    • Sales transactions
    • Legal completions
    • Upselling finishing touches
  • Build strong rapport with customers, delivering a high level of engagement and support throughout the sales journey.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system proactively to ensure accurate and efficient data handling.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of product offerings to match customer needs effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes, procedures, and policies.
  • Liaise with external suppliers and internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Provide a consistently outstanding customer experience from first contact to completion.

About You

  • Previous experience in new homes sales is preferred, but not 100% essential.
  • Full UK driving licence is required.
  • A strong relationship-builder with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and target-driven.
  • Available to work Thursday to Monday, including weekends.
