Our client is expanding rapidly across the East of Scotland (in and around Edinburgh) and is looking for a talented, ambitious individual to help deliver their exceptional new homes to buyers.
As part of a growing and dynamic team, you’ll play a key role in driving sales performance while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the entire sales process, including:
- Lead generation
- Client appointments
- Reservations
- Sales transactions
- Legal completions
- Upselling finishing touches
- Build strong rapport with customers, delivering a high level of engagement and support throughout the sales journey.
- Maintain and update the CRM system proactively to ensure accurate and efficient data handling.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of product offerings to match customer needs effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company processes, procedures, and policies.
- Liaise with external suppliers and internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Provide a consistently outstanding customer experience from first contact to completion.
About You
- Previous experience in new homes sales is preferred, but not 100% essential.
- Full UK driving licence is required.
- A strong relationship-builder with excellent communication skills.
- Able to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and target-driven.
- Available to work Thursday to Monday, including weekends.
