Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the sales process, including client generation, appointments, reservations, transactions, legal completions, and upselling finishing touches.
- Drive sales performance through exceptional customer engagement and rapport‑building with prospective buyers.
- Maintain accurate and proactive updates within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Build a strong understanding of the product range to match clients’ needs and preferences effectively.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures, maintaining accurate internal databases.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience, ensuring every client enjoys a positive and efficient journey.
About You
- Full UK driving licence is essential.
