We currently have an exciting position for a sales professional who has a proven track record in driving results and delivering success in the New Homes Industry.

Working with a luxury New Homes Builder, we want to speak to ambitious individuals who would like to join a team that is growing in the East of Scotland.

As a valued member of their team you will be rewarded with a competitive package with a strong basic salary and commission.

Role Responsibilities include:

  • Take accountability for all activity relating to sales including client generation, client appointments, reservations, sales transactions, legal completions along with upselling of finishing touches.
  • Drive sales by providing a high level of customer engagement, building a strong rapport with potential clients and liaising with external suppliers and support.
  • Pro Active in updating and maintaining the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of products to match clients’ needs and wants.
  • Ensure compliance with all process and procedures. Handling internal databases to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide outstanding service to all clients, ensuring that their customer journey is positive and efficient.

The ideal candidate will have the following...

  • Full Driving Licence is required
  • Strong ability to build relationships and work within a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a ability to adapt to situations.
  • Ability to work Thu - Mon (Weekends are essential)
