STAR support and collaborate with the majority of New Homes Builders and Agents across Scotland offering temporary members of staff who cover holidays, sickness, show home launches and many other occasions where needed.
Due to significant levels of growth we are looking for experienced New Homes Sales professionals to join our team and be a part of STAR's journey.

Role Responsibilities include
- Communication with the client prior to any temp placement.
- Ensure sales and marketing suites are kept to a high standard.
- Drive sales by providing a high level of customer engagement, building a strong rapport with potential clients and existing ones.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of products to match clients’ needs and wants.
- Ensure compliance with all processes and procedures. Handling internal databases to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide outstanding service to all clients, ensuring that their customer journey is positive and efficient.
- Navigate challenges in a professional manner.
Role Essentials include:
- Previous proven experience within New Homes
- Ability to work comfortably within a fast paced, sales focused environment
- Effective and strong customer relationship skills - able to build a rapport and establish an understanding of Needs and Wants
- Successful negotiation skills to drive sales and profitability
- Ability to work on your own and in a team.
- Highly organised and able to use your own initiative to drive sales.
- The ability to handle change and re-prioritise to ensure continuity of service
- A tenacious and professional approach, being able to handle all challenges that may arise.
