New Homes Sales Executive

STAR Recruitment are working with a prestigious Estate Agent who are looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor to work on site on an exciting and busy Development in Glasgow.

Reporting to both the Agent and the Developer you will be working within a very fast paced environment selling these beautiful new homes. 

This is a part time role of 3 days per week increasing to 4 days per week once the site launches in the autumn. Initially you will be working within their Head Office in Glasgow working through the database to generate interest for launch together with generally assisting the New Homes Team.

Role Responsibilities include:

· Drive sales by providing a high level of customer engagement, building a strong rapport with potential clients and existing ones

- A solid understanding of selling from plan 

· Develop a comprehensive understanding of products to match clients’ requirements

- Have skills in dealing with client extras

· Liaise with site managers, colleagues and clients to facilitate a successful working environment.

· Day to day Management of developments, generating viewings, following up on enquiries.

· Ensure compliance with all process and procedures. Handling internal databases to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

· Provide outstanding service to all clients, ensuring that their customer journey is positive and efficient.
