We currently have an exciting position for a sales professional who has a proven track record in driving results and delivering success.

Working with one of the biggest names in Property, we want to speak to ambitious individuals who would like to join a team that is growing in the East of Scotland.

Our client is an award winning Estate Agent and is looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and driven individual to join their team and sell beautiful homes on behalf of their clients.

As a valued member of their team you will be rewarded with a competitive package with a strong basic salary and commission.

Role Responsibilities include:

  • Take accountability for all activity relating to sales including client generation, client appointments, reservations, sales transactions, legal completions along with upselling of finishing touches.
  • Drive sales by providing a high level of customer engagement, building a strong rapport with potential clients and liaising with external suppliers and support.
  • Pro Active in updating and maintaining the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of products to match clients’ needs and wants.
  • Ensure compliance with all process and procedures. Handling internal databases to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide outstanding service to all clients, ensuring that their customer journey is positive and efficient.

The ideal candidate will have the following...

  • Experience in Property Sales
  • Full Driving Licence is required
  • Strong ability to build relationships and work within a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a ability to adapt to situations.
  • Ability to work Thu - Mon (Weekends are essential)
