Our Client is a prestigious and established builder who are proud of their reputation of providing seamless customer journeys and high quality homes. They are looking for the ideal candidate to become their newest New Homes Sales Negotiator. The successful candidate must have a proven track record of a successful sales background where they have gained experience in a customer facing target driven environment.

You will need to be able to demonstrate how you drive yourself to achieve, are proactive and motivated to think on your feet, finding alternative ways of working when you are met with challenges.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who tackles their role with a positive, organised and efficient approach in order to achieve successful results and promote brand awareness to the highest potential.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have responsibility for the following:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of existing New Homes.

  • Build detailed knowledge of buyers individual needs and to match these to available properties

  • Develop a positive relationship to facilitate a seamless positive customer journey.

  • Handle all enquiries and follow up, actively progressing sales from reservation to completion

  • Maximise the conversion rate of visitors to reservations 

  • Negotiate effectively, using incentives where applicable

  • Be confident in a fast paced, cross functional environment with effective communication

  • Complete all administration on time  with compliance and efficiency.

  • Actively cross sell across all services

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate will:
  • Have proven experience in a sales role. Property experience is advantageous.

  • Thrive in a competitive selling environment however work positively as a team.

  • Have excellent negotiation skills

  • Be target driven 

  • Have the ability to adapt to change and re-prioritise

  • Be self-motivated with the ability to use their initiative

  • Have a proactive and tenacious approach to their role

  • Have excellent communication skills, both oral and written

  • Be methodical and accurate with information systems

  • Work with a professional and approachable attitude

  • Have ability to use IT systems – word, excel and database

  • Full, clean driving licence
