I am working with a prestigious Scottish company who are looking for a Portfolio Manager to join their existing team.

You will be the main point of contact for landlords, building strong and lasting relationships, working closely with colleagues to deliver KPI’s and maintain a strong market position.

You will manage all aspects of the letting and management process, maximising the fee income from clients and maximising the value of their assets.

You will be responsible for the constant improvement in performance, ensuring 100% compliance to regulatory standards, minimising void periods, increasing rents mid term in line with lease terms, minimising arrears, promoting investment and upgrading works along with effective management of the tenancy.

You will manage administration, taking full responsibility for all aspects of the lettings and management process of all your portfolio.

Ideally you will be ARLA Qualified, or working towards your qualification, have detailed knowledge in PRS and PRT legislation. Be experienced in client relationships, conflict resolution and negotiation. You will have previous experience of managing a residential portfolio, utilising a property solution and able to analyse the performance of residential assets and produce investment appraisals.
