You will be a key member of the sales team with responsibility for the achievement of the sales objectives set for the development. A key part of the role is to provide a high standard of service to customers and the work closely with the Sales Managers, PX Manager, Sales Admin Manager and Marketing department to ensure a high quality overall site presentation to include the sales area, office and show home, and able to work closely with site management to ensure the high quality of houses when handing over to customers. 

Responsibilities will include the conversion and tracking of sales enquiries through Reservation and onto Legal completion in line with target numbers and dates.

You will have strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to handle objections, with excellent IT skills. Be able to work to a target, able to prioritise workload in a busy, driven sales office.
