Role Responsibilities include:
- Take accountability for all activity relating to sales including client generation, client appointments, reservations, sales transactions, legal completions along with upselling of finishing touches.
- Drive sales by providing a high level of customer engagement, building a strong rapport with potential clients and liaising with external suppliers and support.
- Pro Active in updating and maintaining the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of products to match clients’ needs and wants.
- Ensure compliance with all process and procedures. Handling internal databases to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide outstanding service to all clients, ensuring that their customer journey is positive and efficient.

- Previous experience working in the new homes industry.
- Full Driving Licence is required
- Strong ability to build relationships and work within a fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a ability to adapt to situations.
- Ability to work Thu - Mon (Weekends are essential)
