We have an exciting new opportunity for a sales professional who thrives in a high performing environment where you can be in control of your own results and how much you earn. This is an exciting role that will see the successful candidate join an established Estate Agency that are in the midst of a rapid growth phase and need a hungry sales person to join the team.

You will....

  • Lead Conversion & Business Generation, ensuring that a high % of leads are turned into active listings.

  • Actively ensure that your market knowledge is up to date and you identify opportunities through prospecting and follow up.
  • Be comfortable in creating social media content to drive engagement with clients.
  • Be an ambassador for the company however be able to build your own relationships and brand within the business.
  • Conduct all client meetings, valuations etc with a professional, accurate and premium service approach.
  • Fully Qualify and understand buyers needs and motivations whilst maintaining strong communication with buyers and sellers to negotiate the best outcome for clients.
  • Provide a positive end to end journey for all involved, delivering a proactive, reassuring and high standard experience.
  • Take full accountability and ownership of your business, ensuring that all processes and procedures are updated and compliant.
  • Work as a collaborative team, contributing positively to the office culture, professionalism and results.
  • Be fully adaptable in a fast paced and ever changing market.

We need you to be.....

  • A proven sales professional with a drive and hunger to achieve within a positive customer journey.
  • Estate Agency experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Able to communicate and negotiate confidently whilst winning business
  • Have a tenacious approach to your role. Be able to move on and take learnings from each experience.
  • A can do mindset where you set out to achieve in a proactive manner.
  • Hold a full Driving License
  • Be flexible to meet with clients when it is convenient for them.
  • Be able to work Mon - Fri with a requirement for cover every second Saturday Morning.
