STAR are currently working with well known builder that are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join their team.

We are looking to speak to candidates who have a drive to lead, develop and nurture others to achieve results and ensure a sustainable business.

Do you have experience of working in New Homes and are either looking for the next steps in your career or are looking to learn about a new builder.

We are looking to speak to  experienced property professionals.

Role Responsibilities include

  • Drive sales by providing guidance and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve success.
  • Actively be involved in marketing and sales strategies that will maximise opportunities for success.
  • Develop strong working relationships within a cross functional environment.
  • Day to day Management of developments and team, ensuring compliance with all processes and procedures.
  • Lead by example in providing outstanding service to all clients, ensuring that their customer journey is positive and efficient.
  • Navigate challenges in a professional manner.
  • Handle all customer complaints with an effective and positive outcome.

Role Essentials include:

  • Previous Leadership experience within New Homes Industry.
  • Previous proven experience within a targeted and sales driven environment.
  • Ability to work comfortably within a fast paced, sales focused environment
  • Effective and strong customer relationship skills - able to build a rapport and establish an understanding of Needs and Wants
  • Successful negotiation skills to drive sales and profitability
  • Ability to work on your own and in a team.
  • Highly organised and able to use your own initiative to drive sales.
  • Strong communication skills within a cross functional environment
  • The ability to handle change and re-prioritise to ensure continuity of service
  • tenacious and professional approach, being able to handle all challenges that may arise.

What can you achieve…

  • A competitive Basic salary, maximum £35K, with commission. On Target Earnings are £455 - £60K per annum
