STAR Recruitment are always looking for experienced and talented New Homes Sales Advisors who want to support the property industry and our clients with short term cover on New Home developments. We are fortunate enough at STAR recruitment to work with the majority of the country’s major housebuilders, property agents and developers who need ad hoc support to ensure their customers receive a seamless and positive journey.

Job Details:

• The position is a customer focused sales position, supporting a team to drive sales of new build homes

• Meeting & greeting potential clients, presenting the homes and successfully negotiating/tracking sales if required

• Ensuring the general presentation of the site is to a high standard

• Providing an excellent customer experience that exceeds expectations

• A fast paced position that requires ability to adapt quickly

• Compliance of Consumer Code for House Builders

• Providing excellent communication to ensure consistency with house builder

• Bookings are on an ad hoc basis depending on client need.

• We cannot guarantee a set amount of hours each week.

Experience:

• Previous experience in property is essential, in new homes is desirable

• Outstanding customer service skills

• Proven track record of sales

Requirements:

• New Homes Sales Experience is a must

• Able to quickly adapt to new working environment

• Must be IT literate and have excellent administration skills

• Presented in a professional manner and personable

• Full, clean driving license

• A desire to be part of the STAR team!

Pay:

• Per hour

• On a bi-weekly basis

• Commission and mileage may be offered at the client's discretion
