Star Recruitment are working with an award winning Builder to recruit for an exciting new position for a Trainee New Homes Sales Advisor.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to become involved in the Industry to develop their skills and work with a fantastic Company where on the job training will be provided.

The ideal candidate should have the following:

• Experience of working within a face to face sales environment
• Be computer literate (knowledge of Microsoft Office package)
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Full UK Drivers License
• A passion for property

Initially the role will be based on site in East Lothian just on the outskirts of Edinburgh and there must be a willingness to travel to other sites within the area. 

Here are some of the roles and responsibilities of the position:

• Ensuring that the general presentation of the site and that of the sales complex is maintained to a high standard
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Ensuring that outstanding customer service is delivered throughout the customer journey
• Guide potential purchasers around show homes, stock plots and site to fully demonstrate our homes and specification
• Liaise with buyers, solicitors and financial advisers on a regular basis ensuring that everyone in the process is kept informed of progress
• Assist Clients with their choices of specification finishes and/or optional upgrades where appropriate
• Working with the site construction team to ensure finishes of each home meet requirements
• Conduct Client Welcome Meetings and Home Handovers
• Regular reporting to Sales Manager

Please note that the working week is Thursday to Monday with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off. 

There is a basic salary of around £22,000 plus commission will paid per plot.
